Hrm... the Prologue could use more details, more thoughts, and actions by Kai, all the i's need to be I's. Kai needs to question things a little more, and not seemingly go into things so blindly and there should be more details as to his parents behavior. The actions taken seem too rash because of lack of details/depth.
It has so much potential to be a fun vn. But before you proceed in progressing the plot, I feel like you should work more on how your characters act to situations. You just got transported somewhere and you no longer look like yourself, I would be surprised if I wasn't having a mental breakdown. Oh and also, try to add some lore to the portals and the world that we were transported to in general.
